Sun & Stars
Don't you just hate when the first photo of the day is the one that makes the blip?!
Gorgeous, albeit, cold day. Hovering around 4 degrees as my car constantly reminded me as I went about the day! Chickens then hairdresser. Conversation was interior decor, self obsession, bereavement and pornography!! A wide ranging and interesting mixture! Bumped into artist friend in the Co-op ( if you click the link you can see a very short film friends son made of her on Calstock TV! The next film gives a dronecams view of Calstock which is fun!) She had left her lights on in her car for the third time so was awaiting the garage to come and recharge it. We had coffee and danish pastries in the cafe and she spoke of how as a young girl when travelling in India she was advised to meditate, after 40 years she now felt the seed she had nurtured was flowering and how her life felt transformed. She has the most open, calm, serene, humorous and gentle spirit of anyone I have ever met, and to think of her beyond this was wondrous.
Heading home saw more gorgeous trees with the sunlight highlighting them and the stormy clouds overhead - in and out of the car on a circuitous route home! Milly and Tilly sunbathed in my conservatory then I played mud scraping on the allotment and watched the golden, pink sky and the north star begin to shine. Back home to try taking stars again - a little more successful!
Sun and stars - not a bad day!
