..wintry..

..the forecast was for another storm last night, with more strong winds, and rain preceded by snow. It did blow a bit, but by recent standards, was little more than a breeze!!

Had heavy rain showers through the evening and night, but only rain, and a light dusting of snow this morning when I woke in the grass verges. Several snow and hail storms throughout the morning have finally given us a covering, and it's cold enough for it not to thaw..

Not a lot of outside jobs, so been installing the second part of the music thingy in the kitchen. Now have internet radio, and once I got it organised, access to the music database on the NAS system.

I've been copying an external hard drive to the NAS, and it's taken three days, and locked up the usage of my computer. Thankfully the power stayed on during the process..!!

Camera club was cancelled last night because of the poor weather forecast. Pity, because we have a lot of things to talk about, and competitions to enter.. It's going to be difficult to fit it all in now before the competition entry deadlines..
