The Fat Lady Didn't Sing

They say its not over until the fat lady sings. Well the fat lady must have held her breath for this little orchid. It narrowly missed going onto the compost heap some time ago, when it was just a couple of dry sticks and a few leaves.
It suddenly burst back into life around Christmas time and now has some very pretty flowers on it.
It is actually must better viewed large but I can't see how to link a large view any longer.
We have another old "dead" orchid that now has new buds on it too. Blipworthy buds I hope.
I can't believe it's huff night again this evening. Doesn't it come round fast? And the older I get, the faster it comes round again.
