Primula veris or cowslip.
I like the cowslip very much. We have a lot of them in our garden, both these yellow ones and some red ones.

The common name cowslip derives from the Old English c?slyppe meaning "cow dung", probably because the plant was often found growing amongst the manure in cow pastures.

In swedish we call it Gullviva.
