Out in the wide open spaces and fresh air..

...trying to get oxygen into my blood stream to replace the alcohol flowing through it from last night

Hungover whilst playing the worlds slowest ever round of golf (not our fault), felt very unwell (can't keep doing this to my body) new healthy regime start tomorrow (well not tomorrow it's my birthday so I'll have a few bubbles, and not tuesday because I'm out for a drink with a friend) but apart from that I am going to be as dry as a sober monk until August holiday (apart from my trip to Berlin and maybe one to Paris for the jubilee weekend!!)

Might have a glass of wine now but I'm allowed that, its my birthday tomorrow
