Early morning is the time for flat water …

…and fun on the skis. 
It's been a catch up day and a swim this afternoon before picking the beans and pulling the carrots to go with the Chicken Tikka for dinner.
Tarawera Times granddaughter Tara  (12) has brought over a couple of  scrumptious portions of a chocolate cake she has made , for our dessert!
We are so spoilt : ))
