I am currently doing a six week fitness/ nutrition challenge which involves waking at 4:30am every weekday and cycling into the city to Ultimate You gym to do a bootcamp or a kettle bell class or both. It is never easy dragging myself out of bed when that alarm goes off, but I am rewarded every morning during the ride when I get to enjoy views like this. Melbourne really is a beautiful city, especially at night.
