15 January 2015 - Preparing for Zumba

Another day of horrible weather meant that once again I did not get out and about at lunchtime so decided to take a picture of my trainers before Zumba.  Since I started my 365 project in 2014, I have learnt not to worry about what I look like whilst I am taking my pictures but I have to be honest I did have a few looks this evening.  Not many people take pictures of their trainers in the sports centre, it was a bit unusual!

Nothing mcuh to report from today, really tired after my long day yesterday.  I had fun at work, I really like the people I work with, they always make me laugh and they always make my days cheery. 

Also saw a Sea King hover really low over the River Rheidol, found out later that it was searching for a missing man.  Lifeboat and Coastguard were also out looking for him and unfortunately they found his body in the river which is really sad.  

Zumba was very good, including the walk up and down the hill I burned over 1000 kcals, which is good after my dinner last night!
