Secret Squirrel*

Who remembers him - top top cartoon from my youth.

Sat in the cave beavering away I paused to think important thoughts stare out the window. My eye was caught by a flash of colour & I saw this chap** staring in at me from the laurel tree outside my window. Moving very very slowly I was able to reach the camera & grab this close up - he never took those beady eyes off me. The quality is a bit poor as it's through filthy storm blown glass & the autofocus struggled with all the moving branches - but I'm pleased to have been close enough to see his little hands. No idea where the trilby is though!
