A Trio .......

........ of easy, no cook desserts. To go into Daughter's cookbook. (Eton Mess, trifle, banoffee pie).

She felt this was a cheat as she knows how to make all of these however my argument is that it is just a little reminder of something she could make quickly, and reasonably cheaply if needed. However, the squirty cream wasn't a good idea for photographic purposes as it was disintegrating  fast during the photo shoot. 

The snow has stopped to be replaced by very high winds that woke me up at 4am. A good day to stay indoors and keep warm.

Maybe a little comfort food too..................
