Winter Rose

It's my pal Derrick you can see in the background. We are, so far, blessed in Norwich with an easy winter.
Yesterday a Studio Pilates session with Nikki : lot's of letting go ( with accompanied wailing ) worked a bit of magic and freed up my pelvis so I can move much more comfortably this morning. I shall see Yvonne Osteopath this afternoon: driving to her will now be easier. Hoorah for small blessings.
