Passing the kiosk in our neighbourhood - it is still dark - and wondering that people are queuing in front of a (still) closed kiosk.

Of course, it is Wednesday. They all want to manage to grab an issue of the Charlie Hebdo magazine.

10 minutes after kiosk opening: 
All sold out ... as it seems all over France.
