"CARNIVAL TIME?"

Cruise ship Carnival Legend docked opposite the Opera House at Circular Quay. Apparently just returned from a cruise to Port Vila and New Caledonia. There's a regular stream of cruise liners coming and going which presumably are a welcome boost for the Sydney economy.
