Spectator sport?

This is a scene from Keswick Mountain Festival. Walking and canoeing were well represented, but for the spectators it was someting in the mountain biking section which was the real draw. The participants ride up a short ramp and launch themselves onto a huge inflated pad. The idea is to see how long they can stay upright. The answer is not for long!
