A Row of Gulls
Spotted these gulls yesterday and they are back again in the same place today. Not disturbed at all by the heavy traffic which runs close by them. These are black headed gulls in their winter plumage and are very delicate unlike their greedy herring and common gull cousins. Used the 45mm lens at f1.8 so there is a depth of field issue in that the foreground and background birds are out of focus. This is an ideal "dof doodle" subject a phrase invented by fellow blipper Hobbs. Might practice again but look for a cleaner background.
