Today's the day!

We opened Lighthouse Coffee Shop in our church on Friday 14th January  2005 but won't be celebrating until Friday 16th (that's the only day we are open)! I have spent most of today organising photos, balloons, a card to be signed and rotas for our valued bakers taking into consideration new rules about food allergens!
We have a special cake which you may see on Friday!
