2 weeks at 50mg
4 weeks at 75mg

then see how things are ... the maximum dose is 3 x 200mg per day

and if that doesn't work a personal cocktail of stuff

back to NICE - 
this lot would be about £130
I paid £8.05
Little wonder the NHS is in crisis

(they are also anti-psychotics...so if I start behaving differently you'll know I'm cured!)
