The road.

The BBC weather presenters have been issuing dire warnings about snow and ice and I thought I would manage a snow scene for today's blip, but as you can see, not a snowflake in sight.  The roads are a mess though with potholes and I think road markings like these don't help either.  It sometimes feels as if councils don't think we can cope without signs and instructions everywhere and it just makes the place look ugly.  Snow would have covered this up nicely.
