Aqueduct

I managed just over 2 hours walking this afternoon before it started raining. I have seen the aqueduct at ground level but never before noticed it from the higher path. It takes water from the Budleigh Brook into the Otter river. Originally, it's purpose was to help drain the water meadows in order to reclaim the valley bottom for agriculture and dates back to the early 1800s.
