Crowded City

Back through London today, on our way home after some very restful time away by the sea. This detail from around the base of the large statue at St Pancras, 'The Meeting Place', captures for me something about the frenetic atmosphere of the city - a bit of a jolt on returning. But today our journey through was quick and easy, despite the events of the past few days: no queues for passport inspection or for taxis.
