Winter Day

I have been unwell today and stayed home from work.

I slept most of the morning, but at about noon, the dogs were driving me crazy (active dogs - used to lots of exercise and attention), so I had to take them out. We went for a walk in the fields, which offered lots of running for the dogs. It was a funny weather - we experienced everything from sunshine to rain and then snow and sleet.

I have rung work and said I will be there again tomorrow. I think I am beginning to feel better. Now I need a nap and then I will see if I can take Hero out for some training before it is too dark. We will see how we feel...
