Alba

Alba is Spanish for dawn, and a former name for Scotland. As coach, I had a great coaching session this morning which started in near darkness and ended in brilliant light as all good coaching sessions should!

Now in Rome airport, I'm the same cafe and seat as Dd occupied yesterday. Just 8 hours to go before take off for Cairo. I wonder if I will bump into former President Mubarak wondering the streets there as a free man. There's a good chance I will.
