A Drop of the White Stuff!

As we walked home from rehearsals last night the roads and pavements were sparkly with ice and the first large flakes of snow began to fall.

So the morning started with a thin white covering of snow and, after a few more flurries cold, bright blue skies.

These are the yellow Hamamellis at the top of the garden, today sprinkled with snow and looking golden in the sun.

More gales on the way with rain or snow. Think just about everything was mentioned in the weather forecast!
