The quest of freedom

Noticed on my way to the foodshop that there was a photo exhibition in a squatting house nearby and just took a look. The theme was ' The taste of freedom' . It's about the experience of freedom in both ways , in times of war (occupation ) and times of pleasure ( festivals etc.) .The photgrapher , Jan Beddegenoodts , went both to Palestina and Israel. In Palestina he withnessed the daily struglle and in Israel he photgraphed young people going to raves and parties. The deep contrast makes one think. Off course i came out with the photbook and it's stories.
