Rushing

A day of work and a bit of a swim and the sourcing of some cheap film to continue the DIY developing/processing side of things and then I half-unexpectedly got the opportunity to go to a preview screening of Whiplash early evening. And I really liked it. It helps if you like jazz, and drumming, but very good indeed.

Somewhat coincidentally I'd been listening to some jazz earlier in the day compiled by Theo Parrish (someone that no static had been mentioning on his blip yesterday) and whilst Theo is primarily known for his house/techno pursuits this album of 70s jazz stuff he put together in 2013 is really rather brilliant. So, whilst it's tempting to go for one of the tracks that features on the Whiplash soundtrack instead I'm going for one of Theo's selections.
