Windy,Rainy Beach

I thought I would go to the beach and see if i can change the aperture and shutter speed settings, and see if I could get a picture of the waves going in and out.
When I was there, the light exposure was too high, and even though it was set on the lowest ISO setting it was still far too bright. I fiddled around for a while but it was far too cold to stand there doing it. So I went home, and figured it out,so I will try again another day.
