Today I received a belated Christmas present from one of the parents at school. Each teacher who teaches her son received a pair of FitFlop boots. An extraordinarily generous gift! 

In addition to my excitement about the boots I also loved the slogan on the box! It made me start to think of the footwear of all our rulers - watching the news has a different perspective this evening! 

Philip would have approved of these as we both had summer FitFlops to wear around the house which were both comfortable and good for the posture! They are extremely warm and cosy and a great contrast to my usual week day 'heals'! Looking forward to the week end so I can wear them.
