Porty People and Places

The sand was frozen like a freshly baked meringue.

The sun rose over a sleepy Portobello and Joppa this morning as I took a constitutional run along the sands.

The calm sea was very therapeutic.

A busy day of work and meetings ensued. 

News of an imminent addition to our family has sent me scurrying to book flights south this evening.

The snow is settling, even on the coast here in Joppa, tonight.
