Still no Baby!

My sister went to hospital yesterday to be induced.  Unfortunately the maternity and labour wards are so busy, they haven't done anything with her yet apart from give her a bed, where she has been for the past 36 hours.  Each time she's assured she'll be moved to the labour ward soon, more urgent cases come in, so she's stuck where she is for the time being.

Hubbie, Ethan and I went to visit her tonight and Granny was there too.  Ethan was very taken with the birthing balls although we couldn't get him to sit on them quite as sedately as Foreveryoung was!  He also seemed quite interested when we walked past the labour ward and I told him that's where he was born, and pointed out SCBU where he spent the first few weeks of his life.  It was funny being back there tonight with it snowing heavily outside.  A real sense of deja vue from 5 years ago!
