Monday Nights

Monday nights are my gym nights and so I never have much time for photos on a Monday. I am trying to get better at photos in the dark and playing with aperture. So this is my best effort for today. It was a good job that my gymming was a bit better effort. My previous best was a 10 min mile but since Jan 1st I have knocked off 40 secs from my previous best and now I am down to 9min 20. I need to keep going and I need to build up my distance but I want to see how fast I can run.
