Either Rapunzel lived here or the school janitor.

The top 2 floors of this tower were the living quarters for the school janitor in the early 1900s.  A ladder connects the top floor to the topmost part of the tower - the day I had a guided tour I unfortunately had on the wrong shoes (and a dress) so didn't get to look out the high windows.  Extraordinary place to live especially as the fuel for the coal fire had to be hauled to the third floor!
