Point of Interest

The boiler broke yesterday so I had to shower at work this morning.  I went in early and got my run complete before the days started.  It was most bizarre having completed my daily step goal before 09:00am.

I am ready for bed now though!

I discovered some of the light sculptures outside work are only there for a few days longer so I may OD for a few days whilst I can.
