Winter

Bit of a hairy journey to work this morning - blizzard conditions on the by pass.

Tried to get home at lunchtime to let the dog out but the southbound carriageway on the bypass was gridlocked so managed to get off on the Tesco slip and headed slowly back to work. There were three gritters heading north, that side was fine but not this way:(

Roads black for homeward journey but snow is on again and there is another storm forecast for Thursday - keep warm and safe folks.

This is the view from my window in the office. The guy you see is Geoff - a hardy lad that doesn't need to wrap up in the winter gear!
