Emergency morning blip

Often when I walk into work, it gives me the opportunity to get an early morning 'emergency', blip, basically, a photo in store, in case I have no better opportunities or feel too lazy to get another photo. Anyway, that is what happened today, hence, this blip from Gyle Park, taken at around 8am.

In other news, I was persuaded to go to our organisations weekly 'fat club' weigh in, to see what I weighed, and all I will say is that, thank goodness I am back to walking to and from work, noting that before yesterday, the last time I had walked into work had been before the Christmas and New Year festivities.
