The sun made an appearance from amongst the thick grey clouds today which made me go and have a run after 4 months of not running because of the ankle injury and events that have happened las year.  It feels good to feel good! As soon as I got back from the jog a butterfly showed up in the garden and I just followed him before catching a glimpse of his beautiful sunny wings :-)

And even a haiku popped into my head:
It's nice to be inspired, it's nice to be an inspiration to someone.
