Our university is a smoke free campus.
We have approximately 2500 tradesmen on site over the summer and many of them like a cigarette when they have a break. Unfortunately one of the smoking spots they enjoy is outside our staffroom which means we can't open our windows for fresh air. There is also a large mess of butts on the ground. After several complaints these are finally getting cleaned up.
