Near, yet far

In the neighboring town of St. Helens an intriguing walkway leads up to the old courthouse. The tiles contain quotes from the journals of Lewis and Clark, the explorers sent by president Jefferson to discover a waterway to the Pacific. This particular tile seemed fitting for today's topic. People living even close to each other can be distant in the absence of a common language.
