Not happy :0(

Lottie and Pippa were sad as we left them today.  They don’t know that they will be seeing us more often in the future.

R was on the house purchase case this morning and by the time we were home,  our offer on the house we saw on Saturday was accepted!! 

She was a gem dealing with the negotiations, in the middle of one of her usually manic days at work.

All stations go from our end. Fingers crossed that it will all go to plan.
