Pure Grit

Both my pairs of running shoes are done in, so picked up some new ones from Footworks this afternoon. Arlo reckons I'm going to win races in these, I think I need more than a fancy pair of sneakers.

Afternoon at my sister's drinking tea and eating cake whilst the kids played brilliantly (and peacefully) together. Ah families.

My sister gave Arlo a One Direction poster which is now hanging on his wall. I've been trying to get him into something better, started off with rock since kids seem to like a thumping rhythm section. He was quite taken with Cherub Rock.
