Wet blue morning

It was a wet and windy morning, and the city has a problem. In the back of the picture, you can see a skyscraper. Its called Bridgewater Place. It acts as a wind tunnel, and the winds get so strong, that the roads around it have to be closed. And they were this morning - causing traffic chaos coming into the city.
