casserole

Went over to dad's this morning to make some lunch for us and to go out for a walk in Les Pilles. I miss the village.

I stopped off in the bio shop in Nyons on the way and got the remainder of the ingredients I needed for what turned out to be a supreme sausage and lentil casserole!

Dad and I also rustled up a genoa christmas cake like the one I made a couple of weeks ago...we used more spelt flour than the last time in the hope that all the fruit doesn't fall to the bottom. Have just had an update from dad that there has been "less slippage" than last time :)

Home to Mirabel where I have a snoozing Coquine on the sofa beside me.
