Monday face

Feeling like I'd been punched in the face by the wind and rain, I noticed this cheery sticker on the way back from buying lunch. 

Earlier, on the way into work I'd got stuck in a tailback on the A1 caused by a collision ahead. I'd come to a stop on the Tyne bridge (no, not the famous Tyne bridge) and as we all pulled over to let the emergency services through, the edge of the bridge felt alarmingly near.

An unpleasant way to spend 40 minutes, as the gusting wind rocked the car.
