Door

It was late before I finally got to take the boys out for a walk, but I made up for the long wait by making it an extra long walk. We all needed it. I have 3 content dogs sleeping around me as I blip this.

I am conducting appraisal interviews with all of the staff these days and it is good. It is not that I don't talk to them all of the other days, but it is different, when you have an hour to sit down with one person at a time and listen to what they have to say. It is interesting.
