A Burning Shoe..

The BT engineer came to fix our slow and intermittent broadband today and after nearly 5 hours of tests, changing fittings, running new cables we were assured it was all fixed. Less than an hour after he left, it gave up the ghost completely..you can imagine that conversation with the poor call centre man out in Delhi..

It was Johnny's 6 weekly pedicure and new shoes this afternoon and luckily my obliging farrier sees himself as a budding model and is happy to pose for me. It always amazes me that we can teach horses to accept a burning shoe being placed on their feet!
