MonoMonday: Distant. No Exit

In a not too distant time ago, The Hydro Grand was a quality and Grand Hotel. A land Mark to be seen from a long way off and the pride of Timaru, is now standing empty and dilapidated because of high maintenance costs. It's owners wanted to turn it into a modern conference centre is possibly now a distant whim and in time like all buildings left like this will end up as an empty section in the not too distant future
