Bee Crossing

I spent some time in the garden this afternoon.

I learned the power company is going to replace the poles supporting the transmission lines above our community garden.

Our 2015 gardening season will certainly be truncated by this work, but the details are sketchy at this point.

Looking for a bit of color to blip… my gardening neighbor’s bees provided the answer.

The supers are off of the hives and the bees are hunkered down for the winter.
