Gang of Ferns, Peel Forest Scenic Reserve

The great thing about living on the edge of a scenic reserve is that you haven't got to go far to see something to point your camera at.

Jack and I took a stroll down the road this evening once the Nor'West rain had eased off. As we walked past Dennistoun Bush, I noticed this gang of ferns by the roadside and was struck by the two tone colouring.

Much of the day was spent up a ladder, undercoating the inside of a large cupboard that's built-in in our dining room. Once its finished we can unpack all the crockery, which will be much easier! Hopefully it will be finished tomorrow...
