I offer no excuse for this crime against nutrition, except that Grace begged and begged me to buy these, and in a moment of weakness in the Aldi freezer section I gave in. They are just as horrible as I remembered from the last time, which was probably about 1981. The fact that I served them alongside fillet steak and a nice Chianti makes the whole episode even more bizarre.
