Junior Parkrun

Sunday mornings have been rather different over the last couple of months since we discovered joys of standing in a park in the cold at 8:30am

The geese (and their poo) make more a more interesting obstacle

The boys alternate between running and volunteering - this week tiddler ran, eldest is writing the race report and I was the tail runner (turns out I could out run a 4 year old if I tried)
