Lichen ...

Again a day with strong winds - occasionally stormy - and scudding gray clouds. Many branches are blown from the trees.

On closer examination, many of those branches are covered with lichen. That's a good sign for the quality of the air in the neighborhood, I understood.

This macro is made with the Leica Summicron lens T 1: 2 / 23mm with a 10x magnifying Vivitar conversion lens. Who already thought that this was a small twig ... you're so right ...;)
